One third of the SUPMICROTECH-ENSMM training is dedicated to building a made-to-mesure professional project !

For the initial training course, this offers the students the possibility to acquire all of the engineer’s professional skills over more than 44 weeks of total immersion in a company. Apprenticeship status offers the students an even greater immersion in a company with more than 60% of their time spent doing an internship.

The indispensable immersion in business

At SUPMICROTECH-ENSMM business is at the heart of its teaching and the professional experience in the industrial world is an integral part of the engineering student’s progression thanks to the discovery, immersion and end-of-studies internships. An additional advantage: 40% of the internships are carried out abroad thanks to SUPMICROTECH-ENSMM’s partners.

The three initial training "internship" opportunities

Discovery internship

First steps in the corporate world.
The engineering students discover the company’s structures, along with its social and economic environment through hands-on assignments. Future executives and managers will be made aware of the realities of the managerial assignments they will be entrusted with. Find out more

Immersion internship

Improve your knowledge of companies.
The task entrusted to the intern corresponds to what would be entrusted to a future engineer. The student takes an active part in the accomplishment of an engineering project and learns about project and group management.

Work/Study training via apprenticeship

Course organisation

For the first year, apprentices alternate between two weeks in the company and two weeks at the training centre.

For the second year, the alternation period between the company and the training centre is three weeks, ending with a monthly alternation in the third year.
